 The MEFCG201 has been engineered specifically for resurfacing flywheels and clutch friction plates with a maximum diameter of 510 mm (20”).
The sturdy structure of some elements, like the base, the column and the rotary table, ensure the maximum level of rigidity and work precision. The machine is equipped with an efficient cooling system, complete with a pump and an easy-to-clean settling tank. The complete standard equipment ensures an extremely fast and accurate set-up of the work pieces. Moreover, the MEFCG201 is suitable for grinding brake discs of cars and trucks for which this kind of machining is required.

 The MECBS101 boring machine has been manufactured to recondition cylinder blocks of motor cars and trucks with a diameter of 30÷170 mm. The excellent qualities of finishing and precision are ensured by the combination of a tested mechanic structure with new innovative technical solutions, which enhance the performance and versatility of the machine.
All machine parts supplied with the standard equipment, such as the fast cylinder centering device with scanning level on the boring bar and the centesimal dial indicator, the clear and straightforward control panel, as well as the depth of boring control dial gauge, can ease and speed up the work. Moreover, the adjustable boring bar's rotation speed provide for the best finishing.

The cylinder boring/resurfacing machine MECBS201 includes both main reconditioning operations of automotive and truck cylinder blocks - boring and resurfacing - in one single machine, with performances that are usually available only on higher level models. Despite its compact dimensions, the technical features of this machine ensure considerable work capacities, thanks to the wide longitudinal and transverse table feed and to the vertical feed of the head.

The PBBSF122 Paint booth is the standard design of a Professional Paint Booth delivered by DaTo.

Installed with two blowers (one turbo speed blower motor and one 5.5KW blower on the exhaust), it delivers 22,000 m³/h of Air flow volume. The possibility of the Exhaust Blower enables the painter to have more wide angle spray over the vehicle without over spray due to high suctional force. Also enables healthy and good breathing habits for the Painter.

Installed with Italian Burner (diesel) for baking function, the quick baking function eliminates dust free paint finish. 

In most cases you can deliver the car without a polish. Optimized for high speed Glossy Painting.
